Thank you for using 100K Directory - Malaysia's premier computer shop directory platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 100K Directory ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of:

  • We may terminate these Terms and/or suspend your right to access or use any portion or all of the Services immediatelyat our sole discretion without notice.Upon termination, you shall immediately cease using the Services. No refund will be made and we shall not be liable for any damage if the termination is due to any violation of the Terms of Use of you.

8. Advertising

  • We may display ads by Google Adsense or any other advertisement publishers on the Platform. Nonetheless, We don not endorse or monitor any of these ads or their content, nor are we responsible for the foregoing.

9. Subscription

  • In order to ensure that you do not experience any interruption or loss of services, especially for paid Subscription user, automatic renewal option is set by default. Your Subscription will automatically renew upon the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period equal in time to the original Subscription period at the same price (subject to applicable Taxes changes and excluding any discount or other promotional offer provided at the first period). The Subscription will be downgraded to the Free Plan if attempt to charge the payment is unsuccessful. For Lifetime Subscription user, no automatic renewal is carried out.
